We specialise in the thorough examination of lifts under LOLER and PUWER regulations.
We remain an independent body so that we could provide an independent and impartial assessment under the regulations.
We also offer a sticker for the lift which helps the duty-holder to identify the date of last thorough examination. This enables the customer and the users to be satisfied, that the lift has been thoroughly examined on a specified date and it further drives us to provide quality service on time. The sticker is provided on request and we do not charge our customers for this service.
ELTI UK is the British division of ELTI S.r.l. who began trading in 1999 and in the subsequent years became the market leader in Italy for carrying out services under the 2014/33/CE Directive and statutory periodical lift reports of thorough examination (162/99 ITA;) in Italy. ELTI S.r.l. is a Notified Body and accredited by Accredia and are a member of the European NANDO (New Approach Notified and Designated Organisations) list. Their headquarters are in Rome and the company has satellite offices in Milan, Bologna and Salerno and sub branches that geographically cover Italy. ELTI S.r.l. has almost 20 years of operating experience and employs nearly one hundred staff.
ELTI S.r.l. are also know in Italy for carrying out the statutory periodical lift reports of thorough examination for lift owners and have many clients that include the Italian Parliament, the Vatican, governments bodies and facilities managers.
